I’m afraid I don’t much about Asmanex I was really hoping you or someone else in the group would have some information. I went to a search engine and typed in mometasone inhaler and got many links on Asmanex. Then I looked into Scherling Plough research pages and ran across one that mentioned Asmanex had already been approved in Canada. Does anyone know when this drug might become available in the US? Asmanex (mometasone) is an inhaled corticosteriod in powdered form 200mcg for the prophalytic treatment of asthma. It has been on the market in Canada since December 2000. The only version of this drug in the US is sold as a nasal spray called Nasonex. Dana
