Brand new laser printers are supposed to have ozone filters in them. The ‘indoor air quality’ regulations as proposed by the EPA require that there be no detectible ozone emissions from office equipment. I suggest that you call the customer support number on the printer documentation and ask if this product is supposed to have an ozone filter. If not, you may have to return it and replace it with a better quality printer. There is no ‘Army of One’ in the word: ‘Team’
